Yesterday, a new Asian Kung-Fu Generation video album ‘Eizo Sakuhinshu 19’ was announced.
General information
Eizo Sakuhinshu can be translated from Japanese as ‘a collection of works’, meaning that any video release the band does may contain anything — a collection of live performances, a disc with music videos, or a documentary.
This time, it will be a recording of a concert at Yokohama Arena on 27 October 2022 as a part of Tour 2022 ‘Planet Folks’. Yokohama is the Asian Kung-Fu Generation’s hometown, so it’s pretty common for them to have a grand concert there with the possibility of a recording.
The full name of the video album is ‘Eizo Sakuhinsu 19 ~Asian Kung-Fu Generation Tour 2022 “Planet Folks”~’. It is going to have, as usual, two versions:
- Regular edition (KSXL-333) for 6,600 yen (incl. taxes),
- Limited edition (KSXL 331~332) for 13,200 yen (incl. taxes).
The limited edition is going to have an extra disc with a director’s cut of ‘Planet Folks 5-hour liner notes’ and a booklet with photos.
